Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), personal data of visitors and users of the yachtbidding platform is processed by Bella International Yacht Brokerage Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Company") acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data We Process
Identity data (name, surname), contact data (email, phone), account data (user type, password hash), transaction data (bids placed, charter enquiries, listing records), enquiry and message content, and transaction-security records (IP address, session and log records).
3. Purposes of Processing
Managing membership and account processes; conducting auction, sale and charter transactions and connecting the parties; delivering bid and enquiry notifications by email; ensuring platform security and preventing misuse; fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Personal data is collected electronically through registration, listing, bid and enquiry forms and through use of the platform. Processing relies on the legal bases in Art. 5/2 KVKK: establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest, and explicit consent where required.
5. Transfers
Data may be shared with the relevant broker to the extent required by listings and enquiries, with hosting and email infrastructure providers, and with competent authorities where legally required. Data is transferred abroad only to the extent required by infrastructure services and in compliance with KVKK.
6. Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of membership and the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under Art. 11 KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties it is transferred to; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; object to results produced exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damages.
8. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights to info@yachtbidding.com by email or in writing to the Company address. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You may also request account deletion from your account page.
