User Agreement

This agreement enters into force upon completion of registration, between the user and Bella International Yacht Brokerage Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Company"), operator of the yachtbidding platform ("Platform").
1. The Service
The Platform is an online marketplace where yachts are listed for sale and charter, auctions are held, and buyers are connected with verified brokers. The Company does not own the listed vessels; it provides brokerage services.
2. Membership
Membership is open to natural persons over 18 and representatives of legal entities. The user warrants that registration details are accurate and is responsible for account security, including the password. Broker accounts may publish listings after admin approval.
3. Auction Rules
Every bid placed is binding and cannot be withdrawn. Auctions end at the stated time; any bid placed within the final 3 minutes extends the auction by 3 minutes (anti-sniping). If the reserve is not met, the seller cannot be compelled to sell; once the reserve is met, an obligation to sell arises. A listing that has received a bid may not be unilaterally withdrawn by the lister — withdrawal terms are set out in the Listing Agreement. The winning bidder must complete the broker-assisted sale process within a reasonable time.
4. Fees and Commission
Listing is free. Commission rates applicable to successfully completed transactions are published on the Commission Rates page and are shown on screen before you transact.
5. User Obligations
The user agrees not to publish misleading listings, not to engage in manipulative bidding (shill bidding), not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes and not to infringe third-party rights. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts in case of breach.
6. Limitation of Liability
The accuracy of listing content is the responsibility of the listing broker. The Company acts as an intermediary regarding vessel condition and performance of the contract between the parties; buyers are entitled to independent surveys (inspection, sea trial).
7. Personal Data
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy & Data Protection Notice, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
8. Changes and Disputes
The Company may update this agreement; the current version takes effect when published on the Platform. Turkish law applies; the courts and enforcement offices of Fethiye have jurisdiction.
